Welcome to The Mindful Kitchen!

This marks the beginning of a series of videos designed to guide you on your journey to a more mindful relationship with food. Our goal is to help you learn how to eat, kind of like how you do yoga with the goal of learning to connect to nature, with every bite.

Change doesn’t happen overnight. Like anything, its practice that leads to progress. To eventually nail a Mozart concerto, you start by playing Twinkle, Twinkle. Nature relatedness is the same as mastering the piano. The Mindful Kitchen offers a blue print for how to establish a nature relatedness practice in the big city whilst doing something you do every day, and most likely brings you joy – eat.

You will soon be able to find a handful of foundational videos setting the tone for your nature relatedness practice . Then we will move into this amazing time that is autumn and unpack this seasonal story through knowledge, a Beginner’s Mind practise and a range of rituals you can take part in at home.
