Making a difference begins with understanding that nature isn’t out THERE, it is in YOU.
By practicing nature relatedness much in the same way you practice yoga or meditate, this understanding will continue to grow.
Through our free online material, we guide you towards living a life more aware of your part in nature and more respectful of the constant exchange you are with it.
We use food as a tool in our daily practice because for many of us it is the most tangible recurring and tangible exchange we have nature.
